USAGE OF PASS CARD DATA

The information collected, which is essential for processing your request, is recorded in our customer file and is subject to processing based on the data collected. 

This personal data is used firstly to issue a PASS card granting you access to the facility for the duration of your PASS card's validity (one year, renewable subject to payment of the annual fee), and secondly (email address and mobile phone number) to send you marketing information, special offers, and exclusive promotions from Speedpark.

Your data is kept for the duration of your PASS card's validity plus one additional year. After that, all data is destroyed. 

The information recorded is reserved for the use of the relevant departments and may only be communicated to the following recipients: Cashiers, security personnel, management, our selected IT contract provider, GDL (a Fontaine Holding Participation group company) which manages access rights). 

We will not disclose or use your photograph under any circumstances outside of the use of the PASS card reading system within the establishment. 

However, your name and email and mobile phone contact details may also be communicated to our selected contractual service provider for the implementation of our commercial actions. 

You may receive marketing offers from our company for similar products and services. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you can opt out by indicating this on your PASS card application. You can also easily opt out at any time, notably via the link directly in any email we send or according to the instructions provided in the text message. 

Furthermore, in accordance with Articles 39 et seq. of the "Data Protection Act" of 06 January 1978 as amended in 2004, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting GDL Customer Service, Place Jacques Tati, 60880 JAUX.
